How do I remove team seats from my Team plan?
If you are the Team Admin you can edit your payment details using the Stripe billing portal. This can be accessed via Settings. Here's how:
- In the bottom left-hand corner of your Wavebox, hover over the ⚙ Settings icon, and click on My Wavebox. This will take you to the Admin Portal.
- In the Admin sidebar, find the heading Business Name and click on Billing.
- Click on the blue button for View Billing Portal
From your Stripe billing page, you can do the following:
- Click on the blue Update Plan blue button
- Remove seats using the - icon
- Click on Confirm
- When you close the Stripe Portal your team plan should show the amended number of team seats.
