Desktop Web Apps created in the current beta (10.95.11) fail to launch in the correct window when opened from a desktop/taskbar shortcut. A fix has gone in for this, however the bug was in the creation of the app, so apps created with 10.95.11 will continue to launch as a browser rather than an app. Removing and creating the app with the update version fixes the issue.
