How do I add multiple apps of the same type e.g. Gmail, Calendar, and Slack?

When you're managing multiple web apps, either for yourself or on behalf of clients, the key to success is staying organized and keeping up-to-date.

But if you're trying to manage multiple accounts in a normal browser, every day can feel like an uphill struggle as you are faced with constant tabbing, lots of signing in and out, and a sluggish machine. But Wavebox offers a simple solution.

Wavebox has 3 webdock layouts, and depending on which one you're using the instructions are slightly different. New installs typically use the Spaces layout, with the spaces along the top of the webdock and groups below. More complex installs use either the List or Explorer layout, where groups and apps are shown for all spaces in a single webdock.

First, add a new space
  1. Click the plus icon in the webdock, just below the spaces to create a new one
  2. Optionally add a name and color, then click Add
Add your app to the space
  1. Now that you have a new space, click on the plus button in the toolbar and search for your app (in our case Gmail), then click the Gmail icon to add
  2. Follow any sign-in steps and you're done!

First, create your group
  1. Click the plus button in the webdock, to create a new group
  2. Optionally name your group, then press the Add an app button
  3. Search for your app (in our case Gmail) and click the Gmail icon

  1. In the Select a Space section of the wizard, elect to Create a new Space and optionally name it
  2. Press Next, follow any sign-in steps and you're done!
