If you are the Team Admin you can edit your payment details using the Stripe billing portal.  This can be accessed via Settings.  Here's how:

  • In the bottom left-hand corner of your Wavebox, hover over the Settings icon, and click on My Wavebox. This will take you to the Admin Portal.
  • In the Admin sidebar, find the heading Business Name and click on Billing.
  • Click on the blue button for View Billing Portal

From your Stripe billing page, you can do the following:

  • Click on the blue Update Plan blue button
  • Remove seats using the - icon
  • Click on Confirm
  • When you close the Stripe Portal your team plan should show the amended number of team seats.
