You can easily pin an app or tab so that it's always visible alongside other apps in Wavebox. For example, you may have a creative brief that you want to keep visible as you work on the design.
In this example, we will split and 'pin' the Notion app so that we can continue working in other apps simultaneously, e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.
1) Split the Notion app
- Navigate to the app/tab you want to keep visible, e.g., Notion.
- Click on the split-screen icon on the right-hand side of the address bar.
- Under 'Split within this window,' choose an orientation, e.g., left/right/top/bottom (more options coming soon).
2) Switch between other apps
- The notion is now 'pinned' on the left
- All other apps and tabs will now stay on the right, alongside Notion.
Notes:
- ✅ You can split apps and tabs that are in different Spaces.
- ✅ You can also use split-screen for tabs in secondary windows.
- ✅ Unsplitting - click the split-screen icon anytime to return to full width.
