Why has a new 'space' been created for me?

Note! If you want to login to two different accounts of the same app/website, they must be in separate Spaces.

Why? Spaces ensure that the cookies for apps/websites in a space are isolated from other Spaces. This allows you to stay signed in to multiple accounts of the same type, e.g., a Gmail in a 'Work' space and a Gmail in a 'Home' space.

Integrated Apps

When you add an integrated apps for a second time, a new space will automatically be created for you so that you can stay signed in to both. These apps are:

• Slack
• Gmail
• Trello
• Outlook
• Freshdesk
• Feedly
• ClickUp

All Other Apps

For most other apps, when you add a second app a pop-up message will appear on the right:

• For apps that don't have a sign-in, or use the same account as others in the Space, click on 'Keep the same space'.
• If you need to sign-in using a different account, click on 'Create a new Space'.
