If you have purchased Wavebox, and the app doesn't recognize your subscription you may be logged in using the wrong email address.  Contact Wavebox Support with your order number and we'll be happy to help. To do this:

  1. Hover over the Wavebox settings cog in the bottom-left of the window
  2. Use the Contact Support button

Once you have successfully logged in, you can change your login email at any time by following the instructions in this KB article: How do I change my Wavebox login email?
